Presently, the companies are leasing and managing individually and institutionally owned retail properties totaling over 2,000,000 square feet in the tri-county area. The combined knowledge of NRI and NPM staff is able to maintain excellent Landlord Tenant relations, while bringing the best tenants to the property, and delivering quality services at the best prices for the Landlord. • Monthly reports that include but are not limited to, leasing status reports and management reports that include
income and expense reporting and tenant reports.
• Annual budgets are prepared for those properties that have full management responsibilities.
• Tenant rent collections and mailing of tenant statements.
• Payment of operating expenses, and monitoring those expenses.
• Bidding and negotiating contractor services and construction services.
• Negotiation handled for lower real estate tax assessment.
