August - At the Lakeside Shoppes, a 37,000+/- square foot center located at 920 West Hallandale Beach Blvd. in Hallandale, Elite Tax & Business Solutions leased 1,000 square feet for three years. The value of the lease is $39,096. Neal Realty exclusively represents the landlord, Lakeside Shoppes, LC for the leasing at this center. Other tenants here include IHOP and Little Caesar’s Pizza.
August - Two new tenants signed leases at the Shops of 26th Street, located at 2500 North State Road 7 in Lauderdale Lakes. From Kraddle to Kindergarten leased 5,300 square feet for five years, with a lease value of $352,527. Dr. Basil, MD leased 1,040 square feet for five years, with a lease value of $114,951. The 22,789 square foot neighborhood center is owned by Shops of 26th Street, LLC and is leased and managed exclusively by Neal Realty and Neal Property Management.
August - Inflection Point Business Group leased 900 square feet at Suite 9716 at the Tanglewood Plaza, located at 9610-9728 Pines Blvd. in Pembroke Pines. The three year lease is valued at $43,992. Also at this center, Ms Tque Hair also leased 900 square feet for three years, with a lease value of $39,690. The 36,243 center is owned by Tanglewood Plaza@Pembroke Pines, Inc., and Neal Realty exclusively represents the landlord for leasing at this center. The new tenants join Danceworks, Beauty Alliance, South Florida Pediatric, Pines Podiatry, Quick Weight Loss Center and others at this center.
