LEASES AND SALES - SIGNED- 2009
December - Neal Realty represented the landlord, Norman Codo, and the tenant, Tri-County Technical Services, in a 670 square foot retail lease in Boca Raton at the 7-Eleven Center, located at 1300 NW 2 Avenue. The three year lease is valued at $36,628. This 8,000 square foot center is now 100% leased.
December – Neal Realty & Investments, Inc., is pleased to announce it represented both the seller and the buyer in a retail property sale in Pompano Beach. The Royal Palm Shopping Center, located at 760 West Sample Road, 3521 NW 8 Avenue and 3511 NW 8 Avenue, was sold to Almos Properties, LLC for $1,300,000. The 29,721 square foot, three building center on approximately 3.3 acres, which is located just west of I-95, was sold by LVP Outlets LLC.
November - At the Shoppes of Cooper City, Johnny G’s Italian Restaurant leased 2,012 square feet of restaurant space for five years. The value of this lease was $254,183. The 34,900 square foot center is located at 12125-12397 Sheridan Street in Cooper City, and is owned by Shoppes of Cooper City Ltd. Neal Realty is the exclusive leasing and management company for this center. Both the landlord and tenant were represented by Neal Realty. Other tenants at this center include Dunkin’ Donuts, Papa John’s Pizza, Sheridan Animal Clinic, South Florida Pediatric.
November - At the San Francisco Plaza, located at 16728 NE 2 Avenue in North Miami Beach, La Isla Café Restaurant Corp leased 2,000 square feet. The three year lease has a value of $81,980. The 9,228 square foot retail center is owned by San Francisco Property, LLC. Neal Realty exclusively leases the center and represented both the landlord and tenant in this transaction.
October - At the Tanglewood Plaza, located at 9610-9728 Pines Blvd. in Pembroke Pines, two new tenants signed leases:
● Med-Care Plus Solutions Corp. leased 900 square feet for three years. The value of this lease was $36,585
● Virgin Islands Delite, Inc. leased 1,320 square feet for five years.The lease value was $116,727
