At the Shoppes of Cooper City, Johnny G’s Italian Restaurant leased 2,012 square feet of restaurant space for five years. The value of this lease was $254,183. The 34,900 square foot center is located at 12125-12397 Sheridan Street in Cooper City, and is owned by Shoppes of Cooper City Ltd. Neal Realty is the exclusive leasing and management company for this center. Both the landlord and tenant were represented by Neal Realty. Other tenants at this center include Dunkin’ Donuts, Papa John’s Pizza, Sheridan Animal Clinic, South Florida Pediatric.
At the San Francisco Plaza, located at 16728 NE 2 Avenue in North Miami Beach, La Isla Café Restaurant Corp leased 2,000 square feet. The three year lease has a value of $81,980. The 9,228 square foot retail center is owned by San Francisco Property, LLC. Neal Realty exclusively leases the center and represented both the landlord and tenant in this transaction.
