Fort Lauderdale, Florida, March 2010 – Neal Realty & Investments, Inc., is pleased to announce it has represented both the tenant and landlord in the following retail leases:
Decorator Fabrics & Decor leased 8,967 square feet of space at the Stirling Design Center, located at 1249 Stirling Road in Dania. The lease term is for ten years, with a value of $498,385. Neal Realty and Neal Property Management exclusively lease and manage this 20,575 square foot center for Stirling Design Limited Partnership. The new tenant joins Alluvium by Design, Janis V and Window Vision.
At the Shoppes of Cooper City, located at 12125-12397 Sheridan Street, Big Bazaar, Inc. leased 1,544 square feet of retail space. The five year lease is valued at $129,773. Neal Realty and Neal Property Management are the exclusive leasing and management companies for the landlord, Shoppes of Cooper City Ltd. Other tenants at this 34,900 square foot community center include Dunkin’ Donuts, Papa John’s Pizza, Sheridan Animal Clinic, South Florida Pediatric, Allstate, Danceworks, and others.
God Given Grocery leased 1,450 square feet at the Auto Zone Plaza in Pompano Beach. The 22,191 square foot center is located at 437 East Atlantic Blvd. The five year lease is valued at $80,170. Neal Realty is the exclusive leasing agency for this center, which is owned by JR Enterprises, LLC. Other tenants here include Auto Zone, Subway and Southern Star Beauty Supply.
Two new tenants signed leases at the Shops of 26th Street, located at 2500 North State Road 7 in Lauderdale Lakes. The Doll House Beauty Salon leased 1,040 square feet for three years, with a lease value of $41,464. SOBA Tasty Restaurant and Lounge leased 3,800 square feet for five years, with a lease value of $262,788. The 22,789 square foot neighborhood center is owned by Shops of 26th Street, LLC and is leased and managed exclusively by Neal Realty and Neal Property Management.
At the Kingston Plaza, located at 530 South State Road 7, Nol’s Unisex Beauty Salon leased 800 square feet for three years, with a lease value of $25,735. The 20,010 square foot combined retail and warehouse center is owned by 530 S State Road 7, LLC. Neal Realty and Neal Property Management exclusively lease and manage this center.
Chandi Liquors leased 1,400 square feet at the Brookside Square Shopping Center, Phase 1, in Coral Springs. The 81,685 square foot center is located at 10637 Wiles Road and is anchored by Publix and CVS. A seven year lease was signed with a value of $200,428. Neal Realty is the exclusively leasing agency for this property, which is owned by Wiles Road Brookside Square, LLC.
