Neal Acquires Leasing Exclusive for 4 Retail Centers

Fort Lauderdale, Florida, May 2010 – Neal Realty & Investments, Inc., is pleased to announce the exclusive leasing assignment for four retail properties located in Broward and Palm Beach Counties. The centers are owned by Milestone Properties, Inc.

Pine Oak Plaza – Located at the northwest corner of West Oakland Park Blvd. and Pine Island Road in Sunrise, this 16,994 square foot busy neighborhood center has a unique tenant mix with Nirala Sweets, Eastern Supermarket, Buzz’s Lounge, Papa Ougats Pizza, Junmae Chinese Restaurant, Zevar Jewelers and others. With a combined traffic count of over 75,000 cars per day, and a population within 3 miles of over 190,000, this center is ideally located.

Lincoln Plaza Davie -  This 46,190 square foot newly renovated community center is located at 6800  Stirling Road in Davie, with a 3 mile population of over 123,000 residents. The center boasts a great location just one mile west of the Hard Rock Casino, and across the street from a Publix anchored center. Tenants at this center include Dunkin’ Donuts, Dance Explosion, Children’s Learning Center, Sterling Country Kitchen and others.

Teeca Plaza -  Located in Boca Raton at the southeast corner of  Yamato Road NW 2 Avenue,  this 22,589 center is located just ½ mile east of I-95 with great visibility and a combined traffic count of over 61,370 cars per day.  This center boasts abundant parking with 129 spaces available. Tenants at this center include Four Points Market, Shoe Doctor, SushiRock, Jersey Subs, Chef Tai’s Restaurant and others. Strong demographics are a plus at this center with an average household income within 3 miles of over $103,000.
