The 36,300 square foot neighborhood center, located at the southeast corner of Technology Way and Yamato Road, is owned by BV Partners, Ltd. and exclusively leased by Neal Realty. Other tenants at the center include Starbucks, AT&T, Subway, Einstein Bagels, Jamba Juice, Golf Tec, Super Cuts, Starbucks, Eurobank, Regis Salon, Rotelli Pizza and We are Eyes.
● Radiopage renewed their 1,180 square foot lease for three years at the Pine Ridge Plaza, located at 933 West Commercial Blvd. in Fort Lauderdale. The value of the lease is $65,907. Pine Ridge is a 26,838 square foot neighborhood center owned by BIC Corp., and is exclusively leased and managed by Neal Realty. The new tenant joins American Therapeutic, Body Wellness, PCS Metro, Price Realty, Pinky Nails, Rapid Sign, Right Choice Tax Services, Pompano Clinic, and others.
