Recent Successes
August/September 2017

Neal Realty has represented the landlord, Corn Properties, in five new retail leases at the Oakland Shopping Center. Caruso Enterprises leased 600 sf in suite 4127, Heart for Arts Center leased 600 sf in suite 4117, La Bella’s Hair Salon leased 600 sf in suite 4137, Uniquely Yours Nail and Hair Salon leased 600 sf in suite 4199, and New York Boutique leased 966 sf in suite 4177. The 108,966 square foot center is located at 4101-4397 North State Road 7 in Lauderdale Lakes. Neal Realty exclusively represents the landlord

At The Boulevard Shoppes, located at 5344 North University Drive in Lauderhill, Neal Realty represented the landlord, SG Ventures 1, in a 2,880 square foot lease. The new tenant at Suite 5344 is 3 “n” Less. Neal Realty is the exclusive leasing agent for the 40,537 square foot center, which includes tenants Bennett Auto Supply, ½ Price Mattress and others.

Round 9 Boxing has leased 1,170 square feet of retail space a the Shoppes of Weston, located at 1928 Weston Road in Weston. The new tenant joins Wendy’s, BBT Bank, LaGranja and many other popular local tenants. The 22,248 square foot center is owned by SVS Weston, LLC and is now fully leased.

At the Walmart Center located in Hallandale at 2307 East Hallandale Beach Blvd., Outback has leased 2,221 square feet. The Walmart anchored center also includes tenants Burger King, T-Mobile, The Mediterranean Grille and others. Neal Realty exclusively represents the landlord, Three Island Associates, in the leasing of the 154,000 sf center.

Mikhail Sarkisov Gold has leased 1,600 square feet at the Plaza of Coral Springs, located at 736 Riverside Drive in Coral Springs. The 96,000+ square foot center, adjacent to the Coral Square Mall, is owned by Plaza at Coral Springs, LLC. Neal Realty is the exclusive leasing agent for the shopping center, and the new tenant joins anchors Frank Theaters and Outback Steakhouse Restaurant

Neal Realty represented the landlord, Pine Island Shoppes, LLC, in a lease for Ace of Fadez in Suite # 3519 for 1,280 square foot. The new barbershop joins other tenants H&R Grill, Green Day Spa and other local tenants. The 35,897 square foot neighborhood center is located on Pine Island Road, just north of Oakland Park Blvd.
