At the Nob Hill Pavillion, 1834 North Nob Hill Road in Plantation, Champion Zone Fitness has leased 1,300 square feet in Suite #10. The new tenant joins Bonefish Grill, Pizza Village, La Bamba Restaurant, State Farm, T-Mobile, UPS and other businesses at this Walgreens anchored center. The 46,000 square foot community center is owned by Nob Hill Pavilion, Inc., and Neal Realty & Investment exclusively handles the leasing.
A new tenant has leased space at Lakeside Plaza in Hallandale. One Main Financial of America is opening a new business leasing 1,750 square feet in suite 940-44. The 38,000 +/- square foot center is located at 920-1020 West Hallandale Beach Blvd. and is owned by Lakeside Shoppes LC. State Farm, Little Caesar’s Pizza, Nexpage and Dollar Tree are other tenants at this center, which is leased exclusively by Neal Realty & Investments, Inc.
At the Presidential Plaza, located in Hollywood at 3765 Hollywood Blvd., there is a new tenant, Dark Brew Cafe, which leased 1,100 square feet in suite #3635. The 40,000+/- sf center is owned by SVS Presidential LLC, and Neal Realty represented the ownership and has brought it to being 100% leased! The center includes Walgreens and Wendy’s as tenants.
Neal Realty has represented the landlord, Corn Properties, in two new retail leases at the Oakland Shopping Center. Florida’s Finest Barbers leased 600 sf in suite 4111, and Bag Chaser’s Entertainment leased 600 sf in suite 4167. The 108,966 square foot center is located at 4101-4397 North State Road 7 in Lauderdale Lakes. Neal Realty exclusively represents the landlord, Oakland Commercial Properties.
In North Bay Village, Sushi Erika has leased 1,200 square feet for a new restaurant at Shoppes at the Lexi. The 25,000 square feet of retail space is located on the ground level of the Lexi Condominiums at 1700 Kennedy Causeway. The new tenant will be joining Mia’s Yogurt, Fast Signs and DeBella Pizza. Neal Realty and Property Management lease and manage the center, which is owned by Lexi Development Company, Inc.
Jourdel Bakery has leased 1,200 square feet of retail space in Lauderdale Lakes at the Lakes Medical Center. The 54,000+ square foot center, located at 4455-4485 North State Road 7, is owned by Lauderdale Lakes Medical Center, LLC and is exclusively leased and managed by Neal Realty and Neal Property Management. The new tenant joins Dollar General, The Surgery Center, Noodle House, Vision Dance and other tenants.
The center at 10075 Yamato Road in Boca Raton has a new tenant, Haus Salonspa, which leased 1,170 square feet of retail space in Bay 1. Neal Realty represented the landlord, Yamato AP, LLC in the lease transaction, which brings the 6,500 sf center to 100% occupancy. Neal Property Management handles the management of the center.
At the King Plaza, located at 7964 Miramar Parkway in Miramar, Garden of Eden Salon Spa & Wellness has leased 750 square feet, and joins Bank of America and I-Hop. The landlord for the 10,000+ sf center is King Plaza Shopping Center.
