More Transactions Signed This Year!

Leases Signed in February

Dollar General has renewed their 10,168 square feet of retail space for five more years in Lauderdale Lakes at the Lakes Medical Center, in Suite #4455.  The 54,000+ square foot center, located at 4455-4485 North State Road 7, is owned by Lauderdale Lakes Medical Center, LLC and is exclusively leased and managed by Neal Realty and Neal Property Management. The new tenant joins The Surgery Center, Noodle House, Vision Dance and other tenants.

In North Bay Village, Village Bakery has leased 1,650 square feet at Shoppes at the Lexi. The 25,000 square feet of retail space is located on the ground level of the Lexi Condominiums at 1700 Kennedy Causeway. The new tenant will be joining Humana, Fast Signs and DeBella Pizza. Neal Realty and Property Management lease and manage the center, which is owned by Lexi Development Company, Inc. and has now been fully leased.

Christiano Mosher has leased 950 of service/flex space in Pompano Beach at 400 South Dixie Highway for an auto sales center. The 9,100 sf center is owned by Barban, Inc. and Neal Realty and Neal Property Management exclusively lease and manage the property.

There is going to be a new tenant at the 3110 Plaza in Lighthouse Point. In Suite 3106,  Eficaz Education will soon be opening in 1,000 sf. The popular 30,000+ community center is owned by Lighthouse 3110 LLC, and exclusively leased by Neal Realty. Other tenants include Burger Fi, Legends East, South Florida ENT, LP Animal Hospital and other local popular tenants.

Pinecrest Plaza, 903-999 East Cypress Creek Road in Fort Lauderdale, has a new tenant. The Smoke Stop has leased 1,062 square feet in Suite 915. Neal Realty represented the owners, Pinecrest AP, LLC in the transaction. The new tenants join 7-11, Jiffy Lube, Subway, Galaxy Pizza, Duffy’s Diner, Pet Emergency Center and many other popular local and national tenants. The plaza is leased and managed by Neal Realty and Neal Property Management.

At the Turtle Run Shoppes, located at 6221-6373 West Sample Road, Eyeglass World has leased 4,000 square feet in Suite 6357. The 175,550 square foot center is anchored by Ross and Burlington Coat Factory, and owned by G&C Holland Coral Springs, LLC, Neal Realty exclusively leases the popular center, which has undergone recent renovations.

Travel 2 Paradise, LLC  has leased 800 square feet in Lauderdale by the Sea at 255 East Commercial Blvd., Suite 202. The 5,141 sf building is owned by J&G By the Sea, LLC and Neal Realty represented the ownership in the lease transaction. 

Emerald Plaza has a new tenant which signed a lease for 1,070 square feet in Suite 2425. Shuva Israel School will be starting a new learning center.  The 13,362 square foot center is located at 2501 Stirling Road in Dania Beach, and other tenants include Stop N Go and Supreme Cleaners. Dabby Properties owns the center, which is leased exclusively by Neal Realty.

Sale Negotiation in March:

Neal Realty & Investments was the transaction broker in a recent sale in North Lauderdale. Arena Shoppes ll, LLLP,  purchased the 37,000+ square foot retail center, Arena Shops, for $7,150,000.  The center is located at 7210 and 7290 West McNab Road. The seller of the property is a partnership between North Lauderdale Associates and Gordon Property Company lll. 

Arena Capital Holdings, led by Oscar Rodriguez, Jr. bought the first phase of the property at 7300 West McNab Road in 2016. Tenants there include Ross Dress for Less, Fassas,  Dollar Tree and Youfit Health Clubs.
